4.2 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), including product costs but excluding Australian customs duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and clearance fees (borne by the user).
4.3 The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to exchange rate or cost changes; paid orders remain unaffected.
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 An order becomes effective upon successful payment.
5.2 Payment methods include international payment tools like credit cards and PayPal; the payment process is subject to third-party platform terms.
5.3 If an item is out of stock, the Company will notify the user within 3 working days and issue a full refund.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery Scope: Limited to addresses within Australia.
6.2 Shipping Timeframe: Order processing requires 1-2 working days; international logistics require 5-7 working days (subject to customs policy delays).
6.3 Tracking numbers will be sent via email, and users must monitor customs clearance progress themselves.
6.4 Shipping Risk: Once items are handed over to logistical partners, the risk of damage or loss is borne by them; customs delays or returns are the user's responsibility.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Conditions:
- The product has a quality issue or significantly does not match the description.
- Users must apply within 10 days of receipt and provide evidence.
