I. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all department store products purchased through yizzcart (operated by Sichuan Yancouheng Trading Co., Ltd.) and shipped to Australia.
II. Return and Exchange Timeframe and Conditions
Return/Exchange Application Period:
- You must apply within 10 calendar days after receiving the product.
- If you find any damage, incorrect delivery, or quality issues, contact customer service within 2 business days of receipt and provide evidence (such as photos/videos). Delays may affect processing results.
Accepted Return/Exchange Situations:
- Products with manufacturing defects, damage, or functional failures.
- Products significantly differ from the order description.
- Unused items with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Incorrect or missing items not caused by the customer's subjective reasons.
Not Accepted for Return/Exchange:
- Applications made after the 10-day period.
- Products opened, used, or damaged not due to quality issues.
- Special custom items, personal items (such as underwear, beauty tools).
- Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
III. Actions Required by Users
Contact Customer Service:
- Send an email to service@yizzcart.com, stating the order number, issue description, and evidence (if applicable).
Wait for Review:
- We will respond with review results via email within 1-2 working days. Products sent back without customer service confirmation will not be processed.
Return Shipment:
- Upon approval, send the product back to the address provided by customer service (within China).
Retain the Tracking Number! Lost packages cannot be refunded.
IV. Shipping Cost Responsibility
Return Shipping:
- Fully borne by the customer, with costs determined by the courier company.
Exchange Shipping:
- Customers must pay for returning old items and shipping new ones.
Important Note: yizzcart does not reimburse any return/exchange shipping costs; please select a traceable shipping method.
V. Refund Processing
Refund Path:
- Funds will be returned to your payment account (e.g., credit card/PayPal).
Refund Timing:
- Once the returned product is received and deemed satisfactory, it will be reviewed within 1-2 working days.
- The refund will reach your account in about 7 calendar days (subject to your bank’s processing).
VI. Exchange Processing
- After approval, new products will be dispatched within 3 working days (refunds will be arranged if out of stock).
- Exchanges are limited to the same item and specification; different items require a return and new order.

- Delivery failure due to untimely provision of correct information by the customer.
- Loss or damage to items during return shipping (please purchase shipping insurance yourself).
