I. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure convenience and security in transactions, YizzCart currently supports the following payment methods:
Credit Card Payments:
- Visa: All valid Visa credit cards are accepted.
- MasterCard: All valid MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
- American Express (Amex): All valid American Express credit cards are accepted.
- Discover: All valid Discover credit cards are accepted.
How it works: At checkout, you'll need to accurately enter your credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and security code (CVV/CVC). The payment information will be encrypted through a secure payment gateway. Your credit card will be authorized at the time of order submission and charged upon dispatch (or pre-authorized based on card issuer policies). We strictly adhere to PCI DSS security standards to protect your credit card information.
PayPal:
- Accepts payments using PayPal account balance, linked bank accounts, or linked credit/debit cards.
How it works: Choose PayPal at checkout, and you will be securely redirected to PayPal's login page. After logging into your PayPal account and confirming payment details, you will return to YizzCart to complete your order. PayPal processes your payment instantly.
AfterPay:
- Offers "buy now, pay later" installment services (available for eligible order amounts and qualified Australian customers only).
How it works: Select AfterPay at checkout, and you will be guided through a brief application process on AfterPay's site. Eligible orders are split into four equal, interest-free installments (the first is paid at purchase, and the remaining three are automatically deducted over the following weeks). You must provide a valid debit or credit card for binding. Your credit limit is determined by AfterPay according to its policy. Ensure you understand and agree to AfterPay's terms.
II. Clear Checkout Process
- Add to Cart: Browse and select items you like, then click "Add to Cart."
- View Cart: Click the cart icon to view selected items. Adjust quantities or remove items if needed.
- Proceed to Checkout: Confirm the items and click "Checkout" or "Pay Now."
- Fill/Confirm Information: (If not logged in) Enter or confirm your shipping and billing address (Australia). Logged-in users will have their info auto-filled.
- Choose Shipping Method: Based on your address, available shipping options and fees will be displayed. Choose your preferred method.
- Select Payment Method: Important step: Clearly listed payment method icons (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, AfterPay) and text labels are shown. Carefully choose your preferred payment method.
- Enter Payment Details:
- Review Order: Before final submission, review order details, including items, quantity, shipping address, shipping method, billing address, and chosen payment method. The total amount (items + shipping) will be clearly displayed.
- Submit Order and Payment:
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will see an order confirmation page on YizzCart and receive a confirmation email with order details. The payment method will be specified in the order confirmation.
III. Important Policy Notes
Payment Security: Sichuan Yancouheng Trading Co., Ltd. prioritizes your payment security. We use industry-standard encryption (such as SSL) and secure payment gateways for transaction processing. For credit card payments, we do not store your full credit card information; this is securely managed by our PCI DSS-compliant payment partners.
Currency and Settlement: All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If your payment tool (such as some credit cards, PayPal accounts) uses another currency, your card issuer or PayPal will convert the currency at their exchange rate and may charge related fees, which are your responsibility. YizzCart displays all order amounts in AUD.
Payment Method Availability: All payment method icons and text (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, AfterPay) displayed on our website represent currently available payment channels. We strive to ensure these methods remain stable and accessible. In case of temporary maintenance or force majeure rendering any method temporarily unavailable, we will provide notice on the checkout page.
Special Note on AfterPay:
- Applicable Regions: Currently, AfterPay services are offered to qualified customers in Australia.
- Eligibility Assessment: Whether you can use AfterPay and the specific credit limit is evaluated by AfterPay according to its internal policies. YizzCart cannot intervene or guarantee application results.
- Repayment Responsibility: Using AfterPay establishes an independent credit agreement with AfterPay, and you must repay AfterPay timely. YizzCart receives the full order amount from AfterPay when you place the order.
- Order Limits: AfterPay may impose minimum and maximum limits on individual order amounts, as indicated on the AfterPay page during checkout.
Payment Authorization and Failure: By submitting an order, you authorize us to collect the order amount via your chosen payment method. If authorization fails or is declined (e.g., insufficient credit balance, incorrect information, AfterPay/PayPal review not passed), your order cannot be processed. Check your payment information or choose another valid payment method to reorder.
Billing Address: To ensure security, the billing address you provide typically needs to match the billing address registered with your payment tool (credit card/PayPal). In some cases, additional verification may be required.
Invoice: Once order payment is successful, an electronic invoice will be sent with your order confirmation email or downloadable from your YizzCart account order history.
