I. Order Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing:
Sichuan Yancouheng Trading Co., Ltd. will complete order review, packaging, and shipment within 1-2 business days after successful payment and order confirmation (business days refer to Monday through Friday, with exceptions for public holidays).
Shipping Notification:
Once your order is shipped, the system will automatically send you an email containing the tracking number. You can check the package status via the YizzCart website or the cooperating logistics provider's website.
II. Shipping Duration and Coverage
Standard Shipping Duration:
From the date of shipment, packages are expected to arrive in major Australian cities (such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) within 5-7 business days. Remote areas may add an additional 2-3 business days.
Full Logistics Tracking:
All orders are delivered via international air freight lines, supporting online tracking throughout the process (tracking number available on the order details page).
III. Shipping Fee Standards and Free Shipping Conditions
Shipping Fee Calculation:
- Free Shipping: Free shipping to most areas of Australia.
- Remote Area Charges apply: This includes inland Western Australia (such as Kalgoorlie), the Northern Territory (such as Alice Springs), and Tasmanian islands (such as King Island). Specific shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page (approximately $5-$15 AUD).
IV. Important Considerations
Dispatch Address:
All orders are shipped from a unified warehouse in China, with the dispatch address as follows:

Customs and Taxes:

- Customs Clearance Assistance: YizzCart will provide a complete commercial invoice, but the buyer must cooperate with the logistics company to complete the clearance process.
Possibility of Delivery Delays:
The following situations may cause delivery delays; compensation will not be provided:
- Peak holiday periods (e.g., Singles' Day, Black Friday, Christmas season)
- Customs inspections or extended clearance processes
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or international logistics force majeure
- Incorrect/incomplete recipient address leading to failed delivery
V. After-Sales Service Commitment
If the package is not successfully delivered within 15 calendar days after shipment (non-buyer reason), please contact customer service immediately for assistance. YizzCart will coordinate with the logistics provider to expedite processing and bear the responsibility for any necessary re-delivery or refund.
